I made this when my daughter was very hungry. I asked her to try it and I ended up taking away the bowl because we needed to save some for the Super Bowl! This turned out so good! This was my first time making a vegan cheese- it won’t be my last. I enjoyed huge scoops of this on blue corn tortilla chips as a snack. I did add some cumin, black pepper, and a little extra salt. Thank you for this delicious recipe!

Thanks to a bevy of food sensitivities, I haven’t had ‘real’ queso in over 15 years.
