When making the French Silk Pie, which I can hardly wait to try, is there a substitute for Agar Agar flakes? I have all the other ingredients in the house, but agar agar flakes. In fact never heard of them. Enjoy your week-end.
If you’re not vegetarian, you can try using gelatin as a substitute. Check out the comments below that recipe for ideas– I think a few people shared the ratios they used!
