It was better before adding the lemon. I believe I added a little too much curry powder (I used 2 tsp of the Great Value curry powder.) It still tasted good but once I added the lemon, the taste became slightly unpleasant. I might make this again and if I do, I’ll omit the lemon and decrease the curry powder.
