This is great, but a little too sweet for me. I tried again, only adding 1/2 cup of the syrup and while it tasted perfect, it was a bit crumbly. Is there a modification I can do to avoid that? Maybe add more oil?

I’ve made 3 loaves in 3 days. I do sub oil for applesauce. Great result!

This is my go-to pumpkin bread recipe because it’s easy and absolutely delicious. I may also sneak some chocolate chips, which doesn’t hurt. I love when recipes taste like regular wheat bread. This recipe made me realize that oat flour is the best alternative flour for GF baking. Thank you, Megan! You’ve done it again!

I wanted to try oat flour for the first time and I used this recipe. It turned out so yummy! Texture is flawless and so is the flavor. 4 tsp of pumpkin spice seemed like a lot at first, but it was perfect. I will be making this again in the future.

I’ve made this recipe several times and it always turns out great.I like to use avocado oil instead of coconut it gives the bread less of a robust coconut flavour and lets the pumpkin shine through.

You are my culinary hero. I have been preparing your buckwheat pumpkin bread recipe for ten years now. For this recipe, I made the following modifications:

Ghee instead of coconut oil
Adding in one tablespoon vanilla extract
instead of Maple syrup, adding in 1/4 cup Choczero caramel syrup and 1/8 cup allulose
instead of baking powder, added two teaspoons baking soda plus 1/2 tsp apple cide vinegar
Spices are:
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg

This recipe is amazing!! I have made it so many times and every time, it’s a huge hit. I’m wondering if I could make it as muffins, or even mini muffins (for my sons preschool class)? and if you think I should change the cooking temp or time for that? thanks!
